How the Hogan Profile Works & What to Expect

Step One: Receive Your Hogan HPI Profile Questionnaire

You will receive your Hogan Profile HPI questionnaire via Hogan’s official website. This is authorised by us using Hogan's official psychometric testing tools and will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.

Step Two: Complete Your Questionnaire

Complete your Hogan HPI Profile questionnaire at a time when you can focus without interruptions (about 30 minutes). Trust your intuition when answering the questions and try not to overthink them.

Step Three: Book Your 1-Hour Consultation with Jimmy Sinclair

Once you have completed the questionnaire, Jimmy Sinclair will contact you to arrange a time for your one-on-one consultation. During the session, you’ll explore your profile and learn how it impacts your leadership performance.

Step Four: Optional Ongoing Support

You leave with clear next-steps and, if you wish, we offer ongoing coaching and team profiling options.
