Why Hogan
The Hogan programme looks deeply into personality psychology and is a unique personality profiling tool.
Hogan looks at personality from 2 angles. The “actors view”, this is personality from the inside looking out to the world, i.e the you that you know, the person you think you are, your hopes, dreams, aspirations, values, fears and theories about how to get along, get ahead or find meaning.
On the other hand, there is the observer’s view of personality; this is personality “from the outside” and it concerns the you that we know. The person we think you are, based on the way you behave.
The Hogan Profile’s aim is to help you make sense of what we call your Identity (the you that you know) vs Reputation (the you that we know you to be). The Hogan personality profiles help leaders gain self-awareness and clearly understand their reputation and identity and the influence these has on the people they lead.
The Hogan HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) profile is one of three profiles used to improve leader’s self-awareness.
HPI - Hogan Personality Inventory
The HPI describes your strengths and development needed as a manager, coach or leader. This profile is based on your reputation day to day, this is how you are seen majority of the time. It gives you insight that can help you shape how you behave as a leader and the impact (both positive and negative) this has on the people you lead and work with.

Step One: Receive Your Hogan HPI Questionnaire
You will receive your HPI questionnaire via Hogan’s official website. This is manually set up by us using Hogan's official psychometric testing tools and will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
Step Two: Complete Your Questionnaire
Complete your HPI questionnaire at a time when you can focus without interruptions. Trust your intuition when answering the questions and try not to overthink them.
Step Three: Book Your 1-Hour Consultation with Jimmy Sinclair
Once you have completed the questionnaire, Jimmy Sinclair will contact you to arrange a time for your one-on-one consultation. During the session, you’ll explore your profile and learn how it impacts your leadership performance.
