Unless otherwise stated, all services are delivered either online or in person — no physical products will be shipped.

All content, materials, and resources available through The People Outfit (including course materials, videos, workbooks, and written content) are owned by The People Outfit.

Payment for all services, including coaching sessions, Hogan Profiling, and online courses, must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing is displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST where applicable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

In summary:

  • Refunds for Hogan Profiling and Coaching sessions will be provided only if we are unable to find a mutually suitable time.

  • Refund requests for online courses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

5. User Responsibilities

When engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at all times.

  • Use our website and materials lawfully and respectfully.

  • Not share your login details or course access with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are breached.
