Meet Jimmy

Based in Nelson, New Zealand, Jimmy Sinclair is a truly seasoned leadership coach and learning facilitator with over 15 years experience. He has spent the past decade working in high-performance sport and most recently in People and Culture with NMIT and Organisational Development with Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand). Accredited with Hogan and a qualified World Rugby Trainer, Jimmy is passionate about helping leaders figure out who they are in order to lead with genuine authenticity.

Dad to Emily and Lachie, and husband to Maddy, Jimmy enjoys getting outside with his family and dreaming up memorable family adventures.

My background is in e-commerce and sales, but my real passion is people and community, especially making sure every customer feels cared for.
